HCSB® — one of Texas' most respected, independent community banks — was chartered in 1934 in Plainview, Texas. Seventy seven years later, we celebrate a rock solid tradition of banking excellence. Originally chartered under the name of Hale County State Bank in West Texas and later doing business as Hill Country State Bank in the Texas Hill Country, HCSB® has experienced steady growth since its inception.
