Agency Accounts
- Investment Management Accounts are invested and managed by HCSB®'s portfolio manager, South Texas Money Management, Ltd.
- Directed Accounts are invested and managed per your instructions.
- Both types of accounts provide custody of assets, record keeping, collection and disbursement of income, receipt of capital changes, and purchase or sale of securities.
Custody Accounts
- HCSB® serves as custodian of your investment assets while you or your investment professional retain authority over investment decisions and execute purchases and sales of securities.
- We do the detail work such as collection and disbursement of income, with provision of transaction statements and asset inventory.
IRA Accounts
- Managed IRAs are invested and managed by HCSB®'s portfolio manager, South Texas Money Management, Ltd.
- Directed IRAs are invested and managed per your instructions.
Elder Services
- We can aid you in routine expenses and debt payment, coordinating household employee and caregiver payrolls with associated payroll reporting; maintaining insurance coverage and coordinating benefit payments; and management of real estate taxes and other household maintenance.
- HCSB® can also provide annual recordkeeping statements and coordinate tax preparation with your accountant.
